    Sadly, this is what I eat 6 out of 5 weeknights…

    1/2 Large Hass Avocado (yum)
    1 6 oz. can of Albacore Tuna (in water)
    1 bag of veggies (microwavable)
    Light seasoning (Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning-BAM!)

    And remember folks, you can tune a piano but you can’t tunafish!!
