    Cliff-

As promised, here is the link to the site where I purchased my Adidas Olympic lifting shoes. I searched EVERYWHERE and this is the only place that still has the shoes in stock and in sizes that a dude with average size feet would need.

Good luck and if you’re going to get em’, do it quickly because something tells me these shoes will be hard to find as soon as those new Reebok Crossfit Lifting shoes are available (1 week).

    Linkage…

Also, I concur with “Matt F.” because whomever had the idea to cancel classes for a day in order to facilitate a day for setting “baselines” is brilliant! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve come in telling myself that “today”, would be the day that I set my one-rep max effort for bench press or whatever but then after the WOD I find myself too exhausted to give what I would consider my true max effort, or I’m just out of time. I’m rambling. Anyway, this is perfect and I urge everyone to take advantage of this opportunity, I know I will.

Okay, Wolverine go eat Paleo din-din now. Nom-Nom and Goodnight.

Ok probably not a smart question but I was waiting to see if anyone else asked but no one did so here I go…. Friday sounds fun but can we find our max rep on all the lifts or should we pick like 2 or 3 to work on that day and save for the next time and if we do two should it be like a front squat and a push press perhaps????
