  1. You must first find out what time frame the WOD is designed for…if you find that you can’t get it in that time period, then you should scale…Even if you know you could complete it…but it would take you a long time!

I think scaling has been given a “bad rap”…and there are too many people trying to do workouts “RX” and they’re are missing a big part of the training and what each workout is designed to do to the body.

    My 2 cents anyway.

  4. Hello familia BULLY BAR order sheet is at the gym, 15 bucks gets you a 9×9 nutrition bar. Protein, almond meal, cranberries, walnuts, coconut, almond milk, cinnamon, dark chocolate and honey. You will never be embarrassed of that small gym bar again.

  5. Due to the high demand for the women’s clothing, there is a sign up sheet for the burnout tank, burnout hoodie, and off the shoulder sweatshirt.

We are trying to figure out how much more to order, so if you missed out on your chance to get your new clothing from the first batch, make sure to put your name on the sign up sheet with the style and size you want (and quantity also if you want more than one).

The sheet is next to the sign-in computer. The sheet will probably be up for a week or two, then if we have enough interest, we’ll order more. Spread the word!

I thought the coaches did an excellent job today. Spending time on every little movement. Each section was dissected to learn the technique for the clean and jerk. It really helped me out and I felt I had better form. Thank you coaches.
