Running is relaxing. It clears my mind. And it’s pretty much the only thing I’m good at when it comes to crossfit 🙂

I love running because you can do it anytime, anywhere. No weights or equipment needed. It allows me to think clearly and enjoy the outdoors. Plus I can take the baby:)

I run with my head, my heart and my guts, because physically, I don’t think I’ve got a great deal of talent or ability. I start at the bottom and work up. I also like how fear is always my greatest stimulator.

I love running because of the feeling of accomplishment after. I’ve really worked hard to get where I’m at with it. . I Def have a personal relationship with it. I also agree with Monica- anytime, anywhere.

Speaking of running: there is a “colour me rad” run on September 15 in Fontana for $21 on Groupon!

Cheryl: I tried to text you about it. .but I don’t have your #!

I used to run because I liked to run. It has taken on a different meaning since Crossfit though. I’m no longer satisfied with yesterday’s pace. Now I want to push faster on every run. PR’d last week with a 5:47 mile.

I love running distance because I feel free and clear headed. I’m learning to love crossfit’s short and fast meter runs.
Unfortunately asthma frequently controls my lung function so I missed today’s run…sorry Nick and 6 amers!!!!

Sadly I don’t love running at all. But I’m giving it my best to get use to it. I got off work at 10PM and did my first timed 5k on a treadmill. I hope to do a 5k outside sometime soon.
