    Smoothie: beets, kale, spinach, lime, ginger,oranges, pineapple, chia seeds. 6 egg whites w/salsa and 2 slices avocado, 2 tablespoons flax seeds, 2 cups coffee.

    Kristen had a cup of plain oatmeal, 2 tablespoons of almond butter and hard boiled egg…B-O-R-I-N-G!
    I had a lot of oatmeal with a lot of fresh fruit on top, sausage muffin with cheese and egg and a tall skinny vanilla latte…Y-U-M!!!
