    I have been battling a lingering cold over here for a few days but was able to muster up enough energy to finish this WOD.

    I subbed the rope climb for the 5 Pull Up’s and also subbed the 20 double under’s for 60 single’s.

    Hope everyone is doing well back at CFRC! Def miss that huge gym! All we have over here on my base in Afghanistan is a 25x12ft tent to work out in. Luckily it has a few bumper plates, kettle bells, a rogue box, ab mat, and wall balls. I had to rig up a 2×4 piece of wood to the cable towers so that I had a platform to hit the wall ball off of. Needless to say I got a little spoiled with the CFRC gym haha.
