  3. Hey Guys,
    we seem to be a little behind in our DU challenge. only a couple weeks left and we are barely at 10,000. If you are doing the Powerlifting challenge and you do DU in the WOD please make sure you record it on the blog or on the board. i am going to count everyones 200 from todays Work out because everyone deserves credit for doing that much =) with all those DU included we are over 17,000!!!! The holidays are coming up, so we could all use a little extra cardio…. so we can eat more pie!!!!!!! We CAN do this guys!!!! i know its extra work, but even doing 10 will help 10 thanks guys!!!!! – ash
