    JUST A QUICK NOTE…..I HAVE RECENTLY BEEN RECEIVING ALOT OF QUESTIONS RE: BPC (BULLET PROOF COFFEE) AND IF (INTERMITTENT FASTING)…..

    FOR A BRIEF (AND AFTER A DAMAGING HOLIDAY SEASON OF EATING PRETTY MUCH WHATEVER I WANTED) PERIOD OF TIME, I BEGAN EXPERIMENTING WITH “IF” IN ORDER TO GET MY ENERGY/ PERFORMANCE LEVELS BACK UP…..

    SINCE THE NEW YEAR I HAVE USED “BPC” EVERY MORNING (APPROX. 0330-0400), WORKED OUT, (MOST OF THE TIME WITH NO POST WORKOUT SUPPLEMENT) AND DONT EAT MY FIRST MEAL ‘TIL APPROX. 1100HRS…..

    HERE IS THE BASIC RECIPE I USE:

    APPROX. 500ML COFFEE (DARK ROAST, NONBLEND, PREFERABLE INDONESIAN)
    2TBLSPOONS OF UNSALTED ORGANIC BUTTER (KERRY GOLD IS THE MOST TASTY)
    AND 2 TBLSPOONS OF MCT (MED CHAIN TRIGLYCERIDES) OR COCONUT OIL

    BLEND IT UP AND DRINK……

    THE AMOUNT OF ENERGY AND FOCUS I HAVE GOTTEN FROM THIS HAS BEEN A “10.”

    THERE IS TONS OF STUFF ON THE INTERNET ABOUT IT…I SWEAR BY THE STUFF!!!!!! BUT YOU WILL SEE OPPONENTS AND ADVOCATES FOR IT….BE AN INFORMED CONSUMER AND IF YOU HAVE NAY ?’S PLEASE LET ME KNOW….
