  4. Hey guys here is the ab schedule for the week. It is all tabata, which is 20 secs on, 10 secs rest for 8 rounds. Please complete 4 of the following. You do not have to do them everyday. Pick 4 an spread them out. If your abs can handle doing tabata everyday then go for it!!! Have fun 🙂

    Monday- tabata v-ups
    Tuesday- tabata ghds or abmat situps
    Weds- tabata Russian twists with a weight if u have one.
    Thursday- tabata L-sits 
    Friday- tabata windshield wipers
    Sat- tabata planks
    Suanday- tabata hollow rocksÂ
