: For those of you that did Saturday's WOD, look what popped up for today, Yep! "Kelly".  You say, you shouldn't do the same workout twice in a row... tell that to Michael Phelps.  Tell him that swimming two days in a row isn't good for your body.  I bet he would say differently.
