Like the song. Just remember the round always ends with the Clean & Jerk.

You are allowed to change your weights throughout the workout, however, you are only allowed one barbell.  Start warming up when you get to the gym. There is a lot of equipment to set up and a lot of movements to warm up for. Enjoy!
